Hello Lindsay and welcome! I live in Washington, so it’s great that there is finally someone who lives close to me. I am sure we probably know many of the same people in Amity. Thanks @greg. I don’t see the Craigslist one anymore. The worst part is I have 2 sets of every minifig, and 2 half sets of the Black Pearl. I may just try to part it out when I have some free time and see what the missing parts will cost me.

The one thing I learned from the first episode is Lego will 100% be releasing a new monorail set. It was the highlight of the entire episode. It was shown in detail multiple times, and even had the QR code take you to a video about the monorail.

Amazing work Micah. Absolutely amazing.

I went yesterday to see if they still had any, and they did not. The Walmart in Washington sucks when it comes to Lego. They are slowly introducing new sets, but in a very haphazard way. While walking around I contemplated trying to get a job there, just to fix whatever they are doing.

Should I have?

Did you notice the Washington Walmart didn’t have a single Star Wars set on their shelves?

What kind of brick tape did you use on the bins? I liked how the inventory boxes looked but didn’t want to get something that didn’t stick well.

I don’t think we have any duty to depict diversity in any builds, but we do have a duty to accept diversity in our group. We are limited to what Lego creates and sells. If Lego begins adding ethnic heads into their sets, I am sure that we would all embrace that (at least I hope we would) and they would be incorporated more heavily in our displays.…[Read more]
