I was able to upload some pictures from this event from Discord (thanks @argonvesher and @gabevistica) to the Gallery. To view them, click on the “Gallery” link at the top right corner of any page, and then click on the “2024-12 Winter Trolley” album.
@gabevistica @laura the observer reporter is interested in taking pictures of the display. I’m going to tell them saturday or sunday, since there’s no one currently staffing friday.

Talked with her on the phone Friday evening and will see her this Friday at the trolley museum, she couldn’t make it last week.
I will not be able to be at tear down since I’ll be driving to Amanda’s parents for the holidays.
1) anyone want to list out what needs to be taken for locomotion and take it?

@joshhall, @timf, @laura, I’ll plan on coming down on Sunday for teardown and take what we need for Locomotion Weekend. All of it will be MILS stuff (track, roads, and some but not all of the blanks).anything remaining good to be picked up at some to be determined point in time?

Sounds good Bob, we are gonna be tearing down probably starting between 5:15 and 5:30 depending on how many visitors are still milling about. @rcgrier3406 just be sure you come to the right location, I don’t remember if you’ve been to the new building.
Does some button still need to be pushed to close this out? Not trying to be greedy or anything but I don’t see cups for this showing yet…
Yep. The event needed to be closed out. @laura, I closed it and filled out the questions like number of public to the best of my ability, but please do review and update those details or if shifts needed to be changed for anyone. You can close again to reconcile cups for anyone
Oh I should have gotten a display credit for this @laura. Had the white gift box down there. Thanks!
@greg I think everything is still at the museum. I’m not sure what Josh’s plan is yet for picking up the LUG stuff.
