Skip did mention that we can change it up a little. I just have Duck Hunt (which was about 4 feet). I don’t mind sharing with you again so long as you don’t mind Duck Hunt sound effects.
Unfortunately, I’m not getting up until Friday morning (lunch at the latest) so you’ll probably have this all figured out by the time I get there. @timf has the tablecloths, signs, etc.

Hi Anna! I love the botanicals too. My house is decorated in them. I look forward to meeting you at a future event. There’s a quarterly meeting coming up in August if you’re able to make it.
I did the spreadsheet quickly on my phone. It seems like it got figured out, but I’ll reorder the sheets for clarity.
I’m excited that Krista has Duck Hunt listed as her MOC. I’ve been hearing about how that one is “coming soon” for about eleventy-billion years, so I’ll be glad to finally see it.
It has been forever! I turned it into a lenticular and needed LUGBulk last year to finish. It better be ready for VA. I’m 3/7 of the way there.

I feel like booking the hotel has always been unnecessary complicated. Calling the hotel directly (even though the directions say otherwise) has been the most successful for us.
Just a heads up. Our plans are changing and we will likely be in early on Wednesday. Will has a client to meet with in the area so Z and I will come set up. I’ll update when I have that confirmed.
Also, Skip asked me to let everyone know that there’s a new game he’s running. It’s a beverage swap.
Beverage Draft
This is an opportunity to try some of your fellow AFOLs’ favorite unique and interesting beverages! The draft will be conducted in two rounds – Round 1 will be non-alcoholic beverages (like soda, tea, and other non-carbonated drinks), and Round 2 will be alcohol-based beverages (like beer, hard cider, and other low-alcohol drinks).To participate, bring a six-pack – bottles or cans, preferably cold! – of a beverage you’d like to share. Please, no standard commercial products (i.e. regular Pepsi, Diet Coke, Bud Light, Rolling Rock, etc.). You must be of legal drinking age to participate in the alcohol round (IDs will be checked!). Participants will be given a number, and beverages will be picked in order just like a parts draft.

I pulled together a quick sheet for us to use based on what I had last year. It would be good for us to know what all we need to set up our display, even if Skip has a master sheet. (Yes, it’s filling out info twice but for different purposes).

@timf I just found out that Jordan will be attending the Ambassador meeting and doing a presentation at some point.
I guess if I am just looking for MOC cards, I can register the whole display. I don’t think that any of my original creations are going to be up for awards.
I believe that when you register your mocs there was an option to incline them for awards or not. Registering them does give you moc cards in your registration packet.
Unrelated, I have yours and James’s LUG badges. I’ll bring them with me.
