Thanks for saving room for me. I’ve been trying to send the pics but they haven’t gone through. I’ll try to send them as separate posts.
Are you taking things down tues Oct 1? If so, I may grab mine this Friday (27) afterschool since I can’t make that date.

@greg I’ll bring your parts too.So Beth reached out this morning. They don’t have the case booked for October and she wondered if we’d like to leave it another month.
So here are our options:
1) leave in another month
2) swap out some things tomorrow, maybe some fall/Halloween or whatever you like
3) tear down completelyI’m good with leaving it or swapping it. Let me know today what you’d prefer so I can let her know. Thanks!
I’m OK with leaving it. I might add a McGonagall mini-fig overlooking the Quiddich match in honor of Maggie Smith’s passing if I can come up with a way to do it tastefully. Any suggestions are welcome!
I would like to place the Dia de los Muertos build (10″ x 30″) at a kid’s eye-level but if there won’t be that much room at a lower level, I am ok to leave things as they are.
Overall, the consensus seems to be to leave it up for another month. I’ll let her know that we’ll keep it as is, but there may be a few swap outs.
@rcgrier3406 I love that idea, but I need about it a little. I’ll let you know if I come up with anything good.

You’re welcome to move some things around (the observatory may fit on the middle shelf, as I believe @jrosie grabbed hers on Friday) or I can come and grab it and you can put yours in on the bottom.Since I thought the display had to come down I took my space item out on Friday since I could not meet Oct 1.
My stuff can stay. I don’t recommend moving the dragonfly though as it’s somewhat delicate and prone to breakage. Other stuff can be shifted as needed if folks switch stuff out/need a better vantage.

You could take the players off their brooks and line them up on the field. @timf, that’s an outstanding idea!! I hadn’t heard that fans did that down at Universal over the weekend. Certainly appropriate!! Thanks!!!
@greg and I did some swap-outs and shifting around this afternoon. Greg added his Dia de los Muertos MOC, and I modified the HP Quidditch Pitch to the “wands up” tribute to Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall) per @timf’s suggestion. To make room, we shifted a few things around, and Greg pulled his “Breaching Whale” MOC.
Some pics are below, and I’ll be adding them to the Gallery folder. Beth was appreciative and complimentary on how easy we are to work with compared to some others that use these display cases. She also said that she would have her social media person take new pics and share them on their social media platforms.
