Sorry, forgot to post after I talked with them! They know we’re all coming and know we’re all wanting to be together. I’m running behind, so if someone can make sure they’re still say they’re with Amanda’s reservation at 7, I’d appreciate it, since that will get the ball rolling. I’ll be closer to 7:30.

You rocked! Schools crazy so I could not make it to the watch party due to a school event but I made sure I watched it when I was home. Your build was amazing and I cannot wait to watch the next episode!!!

Dave and busters worked out perfectly! I had no idea how huge it was! Lots of faces I didn’t recognize out to support Krista and Marcella- our pride and joy!

What a great night all, was awesome seeing so many come out and support and cheer on our Pittsburgh Pals. Myself and Marcella talked with Kevin (not the LUG Kevin) who is one of the managers at D&B and he asked if we were coming back next Monday to do the same thing. He expressed how happy he was to be able to host our group and loved having us there. I’m going to try later today to call and ask if there’s some way we can get maybe a lil discount or something if we decide to come back for another meetup and cheer. Stay tuned!

Once the season has completely aired, I am sure there will be plenty of questions (I have a bunch that I know you could not answer yet as they would be potential spoilers). So maybe at Q3 there could be time aside for a recap?

I’m interested. I’ll have to plan for it, since I’ll be out of town Sunday afternoon.
I would also be interested in Week 3, even if I don’t make it back for Week 2.
Mike, the event planner, that I had talked to during the day Monday called me Tuesday super excited about working with us again. Looking at the catering options, I’m not sure it’s a feasible option for us to do catering.
I really loved the space though and would consider maybe we do a meeting in their private room if we can convince them to give us the AV equipment access and maybe a food minimum or something and everyone pitch in what they can…maybe that’s an option for the north location to pursue…
Either way, I’m out for this Monday, but I really enjoyed the space (as well as the activity and seeing you all (even if I didn’t get to talk to everyone))

Thanks everyone that tuned in tonight! Was a lot of fun finding out specifics and details of Episode 1!
Because of time constraints, we would like to record/stream Episode 2 after the LUG meeting at Penn Hills Library. Along with that, since several LUG members have expressed interest in asking questions about Marcella and Krista’s experience, we would like to make the review also the Q&A for everyone as of this point in the season.
Due to PR requirements, questions for the most part must be restricted to the Episodes themselves and overall impressions of things, like the room itself when they first saw it, etc. To that end, if anyone is interested in asking a question (or 20) of our Pittsburgh Pals, post it here up until Wednesday, May 28th. That way we can send in questions to the PR people so they can go over them and approve or disapprove. I’ll be able to filter some being I’ve done this a couple times but they still come up with surprises.
We will still be able to take questions when we are live but they will have to be filtered as well within the guidelines we have been given by Fox’s PR team. So as many as can be pre-asked would be appreciated.

I haven’t heard a lot of interest (like 3 or 4) from the LUG so unless a bunch of people suddenly say they would, I’m not going to call and reserve a space.

I know we can’t read anything into this, but it hasn’t stopped my brain from trying. Unfortunately, I can easily come up with different conclusions depending on which direction I go with it, which also tells me nothing. I am planning on attending the Week 3 watch party.

I think it would still be worth contacting them even for a small group, because we want to make sure they have a dedicated space for us because we want to make sure we have a tv with sound. Since the manager asked you this past week about our return, I would even let him know that it’s not working out on Memorial Day, but that we’re still talking about coming back the following week.
