    anyone ever come across these? that prisoner number doesn’t exist on bricklink. the neck stud says “HELO”

    Is it fair to use a knock off prison figure in a prison MOC? I mean sure there are convict Lego figures, but the real culprits are the identity thieving generic Legos.
