I don’t think we’ve done this challenge before…
I’ve been seeing a lot of cool upscales recently. Here’s a few:

That definitely looks like a good challenge and seems to have some fun results. The monkey is incredible and I really liked that someone built a fractured reddish brown tile!
It might be difficult to avoid replicating what other people have done, but it could still be fun figuring out how someone else did it.
If you don’t want to replicate what someone else has done just pick a unique minifig accessory or something.

to clarify, ANYONE can start a quarterly meeting challenge. Just do it in the “Build Challenges!” forum with the appropriate thread name, like “2021 Q3 – WHATEVER RENEE IS THINKING” I’m very happy for everyone to feel empowered to run/organize the quarterly build challenges without me.
